ALMOND MILK
Ingredients
125 grams of almonds
800 ml of mineral water or filtered water

2 bananas
1 tsp vanilla extract
80g chia seeds

WALNUT AND CRANBERRIES BREAD

50cl of coconut milk
150g 52% dark chocolate

PREPARATION
Pour 10cm of water into the Vitaliseur pot, cover with the lid and bring to the boil.
Cut the dark chocolate into small pieces with a large knife.
Place the egg yolks in the Vitaliseur tureen, add the sugar and vanilla and beat with a whisk until the mixture whitens and becomes creamy. Gradually add the coconut milk and beat as well. Add the pepper.
Place the soup tureen on hot water and whisk gently but regularly until the cream is thick (it will coat the back of a spoon).
Off the heat, add the dark chocolate shavings in three batches, without stopping mixing. When the mixture is lukewarm, divide it into small jars and put them in the fridge until ready to serve.
