CONDUCT OF THE SESSION

The individual session

In addition to this, you will need to know more about it.

During a first sophrology session, I welcome you for 1 hour to learn more about you, your habits, your expectations and that you define your goal. This first session interview lasts about 30 minutes then we will do a discovery session to promote relaxation.


The sessions that also last 1 hour will be part of a well-developed protocol to meet your goal.

In addition to this, you will need to know more about it.

Standing or seated, you will practice dynamic relaxation exercises inspired by yoga that allow you to relax, strengthen your concentration and develop self-representation. There follows a mental suggestion exercise inspired by hypnosis, auto-suggestion, the coué method which allows to create positive feelings.

The session takes place as follows:

- 1st time of sharing the physical, mental and emotional feelings of the present moment = the weather forecast of the day

- demonstration of the exercises (which I adapt according to your capacities)

- dynamic exercises based on muscle contraction and controlled breathing

- mental suggestion exercise = visualization

- 2nd time for sharing the physical, mental and emotional feelings of the session experience and the present moment

In addition to this, you will need to know more about it.

The dynamic relaxation exercises seen during the session will be reproduced at home. As with sports training, it is repetition that will allow the sustainability of new skills and the success of the support.
