WHO AM I?

Naturopath, Sophrologist and Craniosacral Therapist
I worked in the pharmaceutical, finance and food industry for 12 years as an engineer.
3 years ago, wishing to move towards a healthier health system allowing real well-being on a daily basis, I approached natural medicines.
In 2016, I decided to change jobs and obtained my diploma as a nutrition consultant, supplementing with training in sophrology and naturopathy.
Since 2019, I have been a certified Louise Hay teacher and Ecoute ton Corps counseling therapist (Lise Bourbeau).
In 2020 I finished my training as a craniosacral therapist and mild osteopathy because I wanted to add manual therapy to my practice.
These areas fascinate me and I look forward to sharing them with you.
