Description

More and more athletes are turning to it as a quality vegetarian alternative to dairy and soy-free products or traditional protein powders.
Ideal for sport!
It exhibits a formidable balanced amino acid profile that includes high concentrations of branched chain amino acids and glutamine, which makes it ideal for fueling lean muscle development.
In addition to containing a high concentration of BCAAs : leucine, isoleucine and valine, pea is the most abundant plant source of the amino acid L-Arginine , known for its relationship with the process of release of growth hormone in which it is associated with.
It is also rich in minerals such as phosphorus, iron and zinc.
To combine
Since peas are legumes, they are low in sulfur amino acids such as cysteine and methionine, but high in lysine - unlike protein from grains.
An adequate combination of pea protein and rice protein achieves a complete amino acid profile, achieving a 100% Corrected Chemical Digestibility Score (SCCD).
